On this page, clients may make deposits for upcoming out-of-office services and payments for services already rendered.
Payments are made through PayPal, the secure online payment service.
Please click the payment button for the appropriate service below. You will then have opportunity to enter your payment
information as well as obtain information about the PayPal secure online payment service.
Services will be provided upon receipt of deposit. Deposits in excess of the actual cost of services will be credited to
client accounts. Upon completion of services pre-paid by deposit, an invoice reflecting the actual cost of services, payments
received and the adjusted balance will be provided to client.

Online Payment for All Other Services
Use this option if you would like to make an online payment
for other services, such as phone consultation, report writing, physician consultation, office visit, etc.
1. Click on the link below to make an online
payment through PayPal.
2. Log-in (or create) your PayPal account.
3. On the PayPal payment page, please enter the following
information:
a) Enter DeanGarrison@unboundpotentials.com for "Recipient's Email"
b)
In the "Note" area, please enter the Date of Service and Type of Service (such as "Counseling session", "School
meeting", etc.) for which payment is being made.
c) In the "Amount" area, please
enter the amount of payment.
