popular and cost-effective way to get expert guidance, tools, strategies and support for many child, family and parenting
concerns.
Parent Problem-Solving Support Groups:
Our Parent Problem-Solving Support Groups provide parents the opportunity to get expert advice as well as parent-to-parent

Groups meet each week for 90 minutes. Parents may attend any time they wish. However, pre-registration
is required as the groups have limited enrollment to afford each participant ample opportunity to discuss his or her concerns.
Daytime and evening groups available.
Parent Workshops and Mini-Courses:
Parent workshops and mini-courses are designed to enhance parent knowledge, skills and competenices in a particular
area of parenting and child-rearing. These training programs provide parents with powerful tools for greater parenting
effectiveness. The format for these training programs varies from a one-session module to multi-session courses, depending
upon the nature of the topic.

A results-oriented approach
For children, teens and families...
I offer a compassionate approach employing proven strategies
for finding effective solutions and achieving desired results. It is typical for many of the children and teens with whom
I work to improve one or more grade levels in most subject areas.
As the result of our efforts, it is common for
students who are achieving “D” grades at the beginning of a term to be working at at least a “B” grade
level by the end of the term, to be completing, keeping track of and turning in all homework assignments (on time) while at
the same time spending less time each evening on homework. In addition, children and teens tend to develop more positive attitudes
about school, learning and, most importantly, themselves.

For adults and professionals...
My services for adults and professionals with ADHD typically
lead to a new level of competence and proficiency in keeping organized, staying focused on priorities, managing time effectively,
remembering important things, improving interpersonal relationships, managing impulses and emotions, and other key "executive
function" skills often compromised by ADHD.
Typical outcomes include increased productivity and greater goal achievement,
a greater sense of personal effectiveness and accomplishment, more satisfying personal and professional relationships, and
enhanced self-esteem.
